Influencing Mechanism of Green Human Resource Management and Corporate Social Responsibility on Organizational Sustainable Performance

Sustainable organizational achievement of firms is the dominant approach in today’s world, with an inclination on improving profitability, social condition, and a healthy environment. Based ability, motivation, opportunity (AMO), stakeholder theories, this study explored green human resource management (GHRM) corporate responsibility (CSR) mechanism towards sustainable performance achievement. A structured questionnaire survey from 305 samples was appropriate for quantitative research. Moreover, widely used structural equation modeling analysis moment structures (AMOS) to analyze proposed model study. Findings added significance all posited hypotheses validated model. The current literature body knowledge practices pursuit improved society, environment, sustainability construction firms. For future studies, inclusion industries such as transportation-based manufacturing companies that contribute development should be considered broad learning.
